Applications for Ballots By Mail must be received by the Elections office on October 27, 2009 for the Constitutional Amendment Election. Acceptance of the applications is based on the date received by the office NOT by the post mark date. Applications received before or after the time period listed, will be rejected.
If you are physically unable to get to a voting location to cast your vote either on election day or during early voting, you may apply for a ballot by mail. These applications are good only for the election requested and only if they are received between the dates shown above. The ballot must be mailed to an out of county address if the reason for voting is absence from the county.

The OFPCA is used for people
who are:
- In the military
- US citizens temporarily
residing outside the United States
This application is good for
the calendar year (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31)
